He enjoys mentoring people starting in the trade by helping them reach their full potential and developing a career, not just a job. Clayton enjoys giving back to the community and watching people grow by sharing his experiences and talents. Clayton is an industry leader known abroad.

Mike Towe
Mike is a third-generation plumber and has received extensive training from one of the most prestigious home service training organizations in the country. He has been the recipient of countless accolades for service excellence and is widely recognized as a true leader in the plumbing and HVAC industry. With over thirty years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC field, Mike brings his expertise to the Oh No family as our Plumbing and HVAC Service Manager.

Dylan Rainer
Dylan proudly served in the United States of America Air Force for 4 years as a Journeyman in HVAC. After serving his country, Dylan attended UEI Trade School for his HVAC technician certificate. Since joining the team, Dylan has quickly become the HVAC department leader. Dylan embodies all the Oh No Plumbing & Air Conditioning core values and leads his team with great communication, excellence in workmanship, and outstanding customer service.

William Worz
William came to Arizona over 10 years ago from Ohio when he started his career in plumbing. William has a vast knowledge of the plumbing industry that has placed him as the plumbing department leader at Oh No Plumbing & Air Conditioning. William is not only very skilled, but he truly cares for people at his core, always doing his best in everything. Once William is at your home, you will understand why we trust him with our customers; he truly is "service all about you."

Eric Ditmars
Eric proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years. After serving his country, Eric started his career in the plumbing industry over five years ago. Since joining the team, Eric has become one of the most versatile plumbers in the Oh No family. He has a vast knowledge of plumbing and sewer systems. Eric provides his customers with top-notch customer service, and he looks forward to serving you.
